*Your UMD membership will automatically renew every January 1st and July 1st until canceled, with the first renewal occurring January 1st, 2025. A notification email will be sent before renewals are processed. You may cancel up to 5 days before or after the next auto-renewal date according to the Patient Medical Agreement.
